In 2018 I put together a team with several web developers, and a food and lifestyle photographer for this client in Petaluma, CA. I designed a concept for a new website for this boutique event rental company and directed and styled a photoshoot to showcase the unique and unusual pieces they wanted to showcase. It was a wonderful collaboration between myself and this team as we created these scenes and together and translated that experience to the web. Our challenge was to create a really easy and affordable online catalog that the client could use to receive quotes and update without needing much web maintenance or tech background. I settled on using Shopify as it is well supported and constantly updated and we designed a very visually clean and simple site, highlighting the photography and only what the clients really need to know. The following year, I rebranded the company from JRB Event Services to Heirloom events and once again we had a fun and collaborative design process. I also designed their print catalog, signs, business cards and invoices.
