I was hired by writer/baker, Pooja Makhijani (The New York Times, The Village Voice, The Washington Post, NPR, Real Simple, The Atlantic, WSJ.com, The Cut, Teen Vogue, Parents, VICE, Bon Appétit, Saveur, BuzzFeed, and espnW among others) to create an ecookbook design for a charitable project she planned for the holiday season in 2019. I laid out her 10 recipes and am very pleased this design helped raise money for the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, the state’s largest anti-hunger and anti-poverty organization. The book is once again available for a donation to the food bank to assist people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
